The long awaited Ross Jeffries interview has finally arrived. This past Friday Ross called in the station to chat about a variety of topics. We had a great time and we hope that you like it! This is a must listen interview…
Among the things we discussed with Ross:
- The Aftermath of the Dr. Phil show
- What is Speed Seduction
- What kind of openers does Ross use
- How do you Nail your Inner Game
- Did Ross really sniff Carmen Electra’s ass
It was a very fun interview and we had a chance to learn a little bit about Speed Seduction while conducting the interview in typical Bobby and Mike fashion.

Great as usual guys! I appreciate how you both direct the interview and keep it fresh and not letting it be a repeat of other podcasts. RJ has some good stuff too. VERY entertaining, informative and keeping it from getting too serious.

Thanks Johnny, we have been working really hard on the Radio show lately, I’m glad it shows

ross jefferies is not human…he was constructed out of old computer parts, NLP texts, and 16th century nerds. haha he reminds me of the preacher from Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy
interesting interview… he is a difficult guy to deal with… i think his hook-up with neil was purely financial "strategery" - who would wanna deal with him unless you wanted his knowledge or were under one of his hypnotic/loopy/trance things!?
i met him and he was an ass…grandfather PUA or not…he was an ass and really i just felt like i was being tooled when we talked…and i still wanna have his skillset in my toolbbox and know what he does! haha
Comment by Mack Tight on 13 May 2008:
That was fucking hilarious!!!
It started off good and RJ came off as quite sharp and likeable …and then it just went right down the shitter…
Stoute, you make the best bad cop to Rio’s good cop in this interview.
RJ seemed unable to calibrate and just plain out of touch.
He just kept plowing and plowing while the interviewers’ interest kept lowering and lowering…
Keep up the good work guys, I loved your podcasts when you just did them by yourselves and I love them when you interview gurus!

Comment by NoMan on 13 May 2008:
RJ is infamously intolerable. I think it’s because when the seduction community first came out, he was the kingpin, unquestioned. Plus, the original crowd of people in the seduction community were older people who weren’t likely to hang out at clubs. They would meet women at coffee shops, work, the mall, the grocery store, etc. RJ’s method is still probably the king of that form of pick-up.
But, when the younger crowd came in, RJ kind of fell off the map. In the Game, Style said that the younger generation of aspiring PUAs tended to ignore RJ. And I know RJ had to be miffed when David Deangelo repacked RJs material into "Double your Dating" and made millions and millions through viral marketing, mass promotion, and networking with other upcoming PUAs. David Ds only unique contribution is the idea of "cocky/funny", which I find hilarious, because David D is one of the least funny PUAs I’ve ever seen. I found him intolerably boring. It’s no wonder he’s one of the few guys that won’t do in-field training. "Hey guys, watch me bore this girl to death, then recommend books for her to read to see how awesome I am!" At 20 million a year, I guess he can afford to be boring. I especially love the only part worth watching is the guests, lol!
Anyway, it’s hard to use RJs stuff a club. The mental frame stuff will work, but you can’t run elaborate patterns in a place where getting off more than three words successfully is difficult. The stuff that Style, Mystery, and those guys teach is geared more towards that. I think RJ is miffed about missing the boat and getting passed by when he feels he’s the innovator of the seduction community.
He needs to seriously chilax with all his attacks. Learn from everyone else in the community, start bonding with other PUAs, control that godawful temper, and start updating the appearance to look more like a mature older man rather than Bozo the Clown. His personality kills his talent and experience.

you guys shouldn’t slam on Ross… you cut him off all the time etc.
Ross isn’t the best, but he does really have some great information for the intellectuals out there and obviously you guys aren’t intellectuals and are really looking for the speed seduction for dummies type thing.
I have heard many of authors and pua’s and Ross’s stuff is just another tool, but you guys were pretty much dicks to him, and I can see why, cause you don’t relate to him and don’t have the horsepower upstairs to really understand him.
You just want to pick up dumb chicks, so you need to interview a different guy next time…
Comment by Bobby Rio on 15 May 2008:
I don’t think i slammed on him… i was interested in what he had to say and encouraged him to talk about it.
Mike got frustrated with several aspects of the interview and was verbal about it… but thats his style.
Ross was a good sport. He dishes it, so I know that he can take it.
As for us not having the smarts to understand Ross… maybe… but i think it was more about keeping the interview going…

that son of bitch really loves to talk. he sounds like a robot "my technology is super charged, use advanced titty fuck science to get into her third woman brian, with a side of NLP sauce!". jesus christ. however the crackers line might work if it was made less creepy. adfs
Comment by MikeStoute on 16 May 2008:
Joe,
You’re right, I just don’t have the brain power to understand such a complex human as Ross and his ideas. Wish I could though, all the girls I pick and date are just plain dumb and boring.
Oh please, I know Ross’s stuff and I just wanted all original material.
Two times he started talking about stuff verbatim from other shows. I take that as an insult since my intellectually challenged brain listened to the other shows to prepare for ours.
The only one who doesn’t sound like an intellectual is you my friend.. Do you feel better now that you bashed us?
Good Boy!
Comment by athena on 16 May 2008:
hehe, yeah. that cracker line WAS creepy. i mean, i get the point behind it, and its a valid approach- but i swear, if someone said that to me, no matter HOW smooth they said it - i would walk away. FAST.
- but hey, maybe it wont work on me because im one of those "dumb" chicks anyone can get? HAHAHA
Comment by Ross Jeffries on 20 May 2008:
It’s funny, because way back when I actually was on the Opie and Anthonyshow, before they were in syndication. It was one of the more fun interviews I’ve done.
They actually conducted a pretty intelligent interview; I think you can be funny, even "take the piss" out of an interviewee without constant interruption. A pro can steer an interview without cutting off his guest.
I can only say I think PickUp Podcast did a far superior job, and those guys, in my book, have a lot more brain-power than Mike and Bobby who seem, at least to me, to be stuck in "frat world".

We know you like Pickup Podcast better…. you couldn’t stop mentioning them during our interview…
Would you go on Jay Leno and keep talking about your recent interview on David Letterman?
We kept cutting you off for 2 reasons 1) you were repeating a lot of stuff from the same interview you plugged a minute into our show…. and 2) we only had 20 minutes and had a lot we wanted to get to.
And by the large number of downloads the interview has recieved in less than a week of being posted…. I think its safe to say, people like "frat humor"
all in all, i thought you were a great guest… Mike was a tad hard on you… But that’s Mike’s style, as you would have known if you had listened to any of our other interviews.

The minute I noticed you doing the same interview verbatim, it was over. I pointed it out to you 2 times prior to us getting aggressive, yet you continued to give us the same stuff.
What did you expect? You amped us on what a great interview it would be, I do research to prepare and make it a great one, then you give us a repeat of what you did already!
If I wanted to hear you ramble on about "speedseduction" I would have just bought your "8-track" of Speed Seduction 1.0.
Seriously, can you blame us for our reaction?
Comment by Scot McKay on 21 May 2008:
You know I’ve never talked about this before, because frankly I ‘ve never encountered a suitable context in which to bring it up.
Just about a year ago, I got an email from this Joe Nicassio guy going on about how he could make an interview with Ross Jeffries happen for me, making it out as if I was The Anointed One or something because of the offer.
I respectfully told him I thought RJ’s thought process was a bit too different from mine to make that a good fit.
Besides, I had heard an interview with Steve "The Dean" Williams of his that I literally couldn’t take any more of after about 25 seconds. All I remember was a jaw-dropping rap attempt that was so ill-advised I was embarrassed for the interviewers.
Well, he was nothing short of relentless, and I was doing an X & Y On The Fly podcast about seduction, so I was like, "What’s the worst thing that could happen?"
So after several phone calls, I get on the phone with RJ, and here are the first three things that happened:
1) He told me how much of a genius he was. (which to me is rather similar to what’s typically the case when someone tells you how much integrity s/he has)
2) He ridiculed me for my own personal lifestyle choices.
3) He asked me how much I W-2ed last year.
Great.
After meeting RJ’s picayune demands for logistics, the interview started and I was very clear about advising him that it was a ten minute segment.
Suffice it to say the answer to his first question was well over half the alloted time.
As for the flow and the content, pretty much the central purpose of this post is to share with you that your experiences interviewing RJ were certainly not isolated. Enough said.
When I informed him that I needed crisper answers, he told me he was basically on a roll and he was going to say what he wanted to for as long as he was going to say it. Then he mentioned something about "being the only intelligent dating guru" or something.
This statement, of course, I found richly entertaining enough to good-naturedly say (paraphrased) "I don’t know, Ross. That’s a harsh statement when you’re being interviewed by a guy in the same business. Since you don’t know me that well yet, I won’t take it personally. LOL"
His response was, "Well, you did do one intelligent thing…you interviewed me."
At this point, I promise I’m not kidding when I say I had gone into complete, utter personal entertainment mode. The guy’s personality is pretty much textbook BPD, so what am I going to do, get upset?
So I said, "Well, there is one other thing I’m doing that’s proving to be a more and more intelligent a move by the second…I’m pre-recording this so that I have full editing capability. " And I just laughed.
He never sent me his side of the audio, which was recorded as a "dual ender".
There were Skype probs, unfortunately, or else it would have been in one piece.
I did shoot him an e-mail after a day or two gently reminding him to link me to his side, but he basically sent me a crabby e-mail in response.
I’ll let you form your own conclusions.
But ultimately, I thought it was somewhat unprofessional to hammer me so hard for an interview and then flake out on sending me the finished product after all was said and done.
BTW, guys…I’m just figuring out this site is here. Lots of great resources. Sweet job.
Comment by Ross Jeffries on 29 May 2008:
The chief difference between you guys and Pickuppodcast is this: they came into it with an open mind, wanting to learn, with an attitude of curiousity. You came into it with the intent of “taking the piss” as the British say, with a hostile attitude, and an overall air of contempt.
That may have served your fun, but it didn’t serve your listeners learning some very important ideas that are changing lives.
As for Scott McKay; he’s an imitation of a copy of a rip-off of an impersonation. A kidney stone is more likely to pass through his pecker than an original idea through his head.
In sum: you guys are more interested in whether siding with someone(or even giving a fair hearing) makes you look cool with your listeners than you are at getting at the truth.
That’s why Pickup Podcast will continue to kick your ass in every measurable way.

OMG, you’re still on this? Again, we know you like "pip" better, who cares? The show is a place where we can discuss many different things, not just let you talk about what you want.
As I said above:
The minute I noticed you doing the same interview verbatim, it was over. I pointed it out to you 2 times prior to us getting aggressive, yet you continued to give us the same stuff.
What did you expect? You amped us on what a great interview it would be, I do research to prepare and make it a great one, then you give us a repeat of what you did already!
Did you even read this? Cause you certainly didn’t address it..
Comment by Johnnyg on 29 May 2008:
Something tells me Mike, Ross isn’t going to respond to those questions. But who cares what he thinks.
I agree with Mack Tight, maybe You and Bobby could do a podcast like your older ones, sometime. Not to say the new, Show-Verison are worse/better, but they did have a different feel to them and I think overall I listen to the older ones more. They all seem to focus on more the ‘core’ seduction issues like confidence and intros. But don’t get me wrong I do enjoy the guests and the variety of topics.
Sidenote: I voted for you as much as possible for PA2 and I was really pulling for you. WTF happen? I know in the rules it said the Winner would be revealed at the beginning of the first episode. Are you legally not allowed to make a post about the outcome, because I know there was a lot of drama and even if you were in the lead for the majority of the time, I felt like you were always the underdog in the contest. F#ck the haters & drama.
Looking forward to the next ‘cast Guys!
