Accessories Make the Man by Vanessa
A man’s best friend is no longer a dog. These days, in a society driven by image, accessories are a fella’s best comrade.
With the standards for men’s fashion reaching the same heights as women, males need to be aware of current trends, start hitting the malls regularly and dressing the part of the modern day man.
If that doesn’t sound like your cup-o-tea, but still want to look up-to-date, this is where accessories and the Internet step in. Malls, with their large crowds and cookie cutter looks, can be suffocating and intimidating; especially if you are not stylishly inclined.
quickest way to up your style quotient. Amazon also has some masculine jewelry to compliment your hat.
And don’t forget about the classic cufflink. When the time comes to wear a button down, grab one with French cuffs and slip on some Kenneth Cole silver rectangle cufflinks. Dressy is back.
The last essential accessory is sunglasses. A pair that you can never go wrong with is Ray-Ban Aviators. Both classic and modern, nothing says casual cool better than these shades. Fortunately, Amazon sells not only the pricey originals but some fabulous imitations as well.
For even more men’s fashion advice check out Brad P’s classic book The Fashion Bible. You can never underestimate the importance of dressing right.

Yeah but which finger should you get a ring for, and is it better to put on your secondary or primary hand?

It is usually more comfortable to wear a ring on your secondary hand. I feel like a ring gets in my way when I wear it on the hand that I write with. Also, NEVER wear a pinky ring.

I think for most men, it’s better to understand timeless accessories like good hats, watches, and simple metal jewelry.
Best place for simple metal jewelry is definitely justmetal.com They also have good deals on the stuff, the mall jewelry stores stocks the same stuff at twice the price. I’m a titanium fan, but if you have to get it adjusted, good luck. Most stores only equip for steel, to adjust titanium bands requires more torque than steel equipment can deliver.

i think bracelets and really good watches are underrated.
for some reason, thicker wrists really make you look manly, but noone notices them unless you wear something. if you have skinny, bone-y, or girl-like wrists, just forget it. decorating that will just make you look even more feminine. (btw, girls, if you have thick, manly wrists, skip the bracelets, too)
for guys, i like the thicker bands, darker colors, and nothing shiny. something that looks strong, like dull metals, and leather.
