Since the topic of today’s 31 Days to Better Game series was Body Language (link to 31 days post)… I thought I would post this short video on body language. I chose this video because it was fresh faces and a different take than the usual dating coaches we hear from.
I think that the advice everyone gives on body language in generally the same. But I think that by hearing enough times in various different ways… eventually it will click. The real key to changing your body language habits for the positive is becoming more aware of the appearance you are giving off.

AWESOME VIDEO! I’ve been told men are more “visual/spatial” people/learners…and it’s definitely true for me. It’s one thing to read about it in posts/books/articles etc. but to see it demonstrated by a man with expert knowledge AND the skillset.. VERY helpful. thx!

Very good video. Body language is one thing that I’m always studying and I must say, it is my favorite component of the “game”.
